Air Fryer Fish Recipe
Ingredients (2 fillets)
- 2 fish fillets (4-6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat to 400°F.
2. Pat fish completely dry.
3. Brush with oil and season.
4. Cook skin-side down 10-12 minutes.
5. Done when it flakes easily.
Fish Cooking Times
- Salmon (¾”) → 400°F, 10-12 min
- Cod (¾”) → 400°F, 12-14 min
- Tilapia (½”) → 390°F, 8-10 min
