Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (for serving)
- 2 tbsp parmesan, grated (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Trim the bottom of each sprout and cut in half lengthwise. Remove any yellow outer leaves.
Step 2: Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well coated.
Step 3: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
Step 4: Cook 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 5: Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with parmesan. Serve immediately.
